This Acceptable Use Policy describes prohibited uses of the services offered by Omnibond Systems LLC and its affiliates (the "Services") and the websites located at omnibond.com, trafficvision.com, cloudycluster.com, and orangefs.com (the "Sites"). By using the Services or accessing the Sites, you agree to the latest version of this Policy.
No Illegal, Harmful, or Offensive Use or Content
You may not use the Services or Sites for any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, infringing or offensive use. Prohibited activities or content include:
- Illegal, harmful or fraudulent activities: including child pornography, fraudulent schemes, phishing, pharming, or other deceptive practices.
- Infringing content: content that infringes or misappropriates intellectual property or proprietary rights.
- Offensive content: defamatory, obscene, abusive, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable content.
- Harmful content: viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other technology that may damage or interfere with systems or data.
No Security Violations
- Unauthorized access: accessing systems without permission, including probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities.
- Interception: monitoring data or traffic without permission.
- Falsification of origin: forging packet or email headers (aliases and anonymous remailers are not prohibited).
No Network Abuse
- Monitoring or crawling that impairs or disrupts a system.
- Denial of service attacks or intentional interference.
- Operating open proxies, open mail relays, or open recursive DNS servers.
- Avoiding system restrictions placed on a system.
No E-Mail or Other Message Abuse
You will not distribute unsolicited mass email ("spam"), alter mail headers, assume a sender's identity without permission, or collect replies to messages that violate this Policy.
Our Monitoring and Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate violations, remove or disable access to content, and report suspected illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement officials.
